Can anybody clarify whether masks are required in a private business (5 people regularly in office) if all employees are fully vaccinated? (We would mask up if anyone from outside entered.) The guidelines from CDC seem to suggest it’s ok. Legally though if someone gets sick and decides to sue, does this cover me? The wording doesn’t feel watertight.

We are requiring them regardless of vaccination state, only time you are allowed to remove them is if you are alone in a private office.
We have offices around the world so I am not sure if this is blanket policy because of 1 locations requirements or if it's just a "safe" position to have.

Thanks for the feedback.
I am not enjoying the side effects(?) of shot #1 right now. It's only been a few hours and life is not good. I'm pretty surprised. I feel like I got kicked in the arm, chills occasionally, ears are plugged up and I'm dizzy, appetite gone. I think the last three are all related. Maybe it's just hay fever and being excited. I took an Advil and am having a light lunch. |
