Looks like Formula 3 has been revised to allow up to only 400cc singles, instead of 450cc like it has been in years past. Meanwhile, Formula 2 and 4 limit singles to a minimum of 451cc and 500cc, respectively (not that a 450cc single would be remotely competitive in either of those classes anyways). Which means my new race bike is legal for exactly ONE class... Formula singes, open cc. Whooo! Hopefully the rulebook is in error, looking forward to a response from AFM (email copied below). Quote:

Update from the board meeting last night, via Gordon Pull on Facebook:
“This was discovered to be a simple typo and will now read the same as last year's rules. 450CC singles will be allowed in F3.”
