Spring compressor

Anyone have a spring compressor near Union City, Hayward , newark or so.

It's for a dirt bike shock. I have it out. I will go to you. The ones I have access to are to big. Unless you guys can give me another suggestion ?

Ratchet strap maybe ? Vise grip I have to big also.

Hare Motors hasnt answered since the shutdown last year. Hope things are alright ?

Dealership doesn't answer. LOL like twilight zone or something

I think I've seen folks put a bunch of zip ties in there and keep pulling them tight. I've never tried it.

Oh, and it might be dangeous so think about it...

Yeah, I might consider using zip ties only if I was wearing an iron suit.
I have a set of spring compressors that would fit that perfectly, that's the good news.....the bad news is they are in deep Santa Rosa.

Zip ties sounds like an accident waiting to happen.

Santa Rosa is a bit out of the way. I was actually out that way a month or so ago looking at dirt bikes actually . Thanks for the heads up though.

I'm hoping the shop can do it. For no change or less than 10. It's such a tiny shock.

I'll see what I can find at work too. Cycle gear probably but was hoping to get it before Friday night.

Ten bucks or less, maybe see if a shop will pay you for the service.

Mission accomplished. Took it in to the dealer at my lunch break. He said he'll do it for a small pepperoni pizza.

works for me....
Seems like even they had a hard time. But it's done
