Guessing all the shit that came out of potholes in the area was recycled and pressed into these speed table units? Because how else did CalTrans find the funds the install the one and not fix the other??

A wheelie or launch platform for motorcycles. Best thing they ever did to slow traffic.

We had a bunch of these in my neighborhood a few years ago.

What nobody realized was, sure vehicles slow down for them - but then they accelerate away from them.

After a few months the residents complained about the extra noise - and they were all removed.

So, just remember to accelerate away from them, hard and often.

The speed bumps are in on Palo Verde (north of Palomares). They're huge speed bumps with relief cuts that allow motorcycles or bicycles to continue speeding right through. Or you can hit the bump (jump) and go for a new record.

I was expecting large speed tables like the ones on Fairview Ave, but these are just large speed bumps - not bad.
