2015 Manx GP the place for updates

99 days to go until we arrive on the Isle for the Manx GP.

Should find out Friday May 15th if I have an entry or not, if not then it will be a nice 2 week holiday with a LOT more beer than if I am racing

My good friend Adam Bauer will be along helping us this year as he gets ready for the Manx in 2016, you may have seen his Supertwin build thread. He will be in charge of pictures/video and I want to do a daily "news" video to make all the "couch racers" feel at home

Any questions post them up and I will try and get answers for you

Congrats to Yuri Barrigan for his Newcomers place, he will be the 1st person to race a SuperMotard around the mountain course. Should be fun to see how it go's

Just like all of us Alan we have dreamed this dream..Then we saw it might be a reality...We worked and work for YEARS..Now it's REAL!!
I am going!!..
First Man to bring a Supermoto....Sounds screwy I know...but to jump the bridge and power through the villages. ..That to me is as good as winning..I'm still in shock at being awarded a chance to qualify .On this no less!! HA!
I wanted to ad - without Alans help and understanding of how to go about knocking down the barriers to entry and how to organize your attack on making a run at racing on the Isle I personally would be nowhere...Alan truly helped in my journey to this point..I'm hoping to have He and his Wife on the island in August to have his knowledge and insight to help me complete the dream!

Happy to help someone else "live the dream" we will be there and any help we can provide just ask. we know where all the good pubs are

All i can say is FINISH dont take chances, get that finishers medal. I think you would actually be in for a podium position in Newcomers C depending on the other bikes that turn up.

I can't even bring myself to think about finishing..I'm still focused on just qualifying..Fuel consumption, realistic top speed expectations, aerodynamics .I need to make the Main before all else!

One thing I have been thinking about-
As a Son of Santa Cruz I have spent the last 20+ years riding a small mountain road above Boulder Creek. Many of us have always commented on how we would be thrilled to make it over someday.I would have never imagined that I would be the first Santa Cruz native to have ever been accepted to race a motorcycle on the Isle Of Mann..
