Advice needed: Where/How to sell 2015 R3 (hasn't been turned on since 2018)?

If you get another bike someday, a Battery Tender hooked up and some Stabil in the tank will avoid most of your problems.

Thank you!

From 2015

Thank you. Just listed on BARF classifieds with all the info and pics I took back in May 2018.
Nice sale add. Lots of details.
A new or veteran rider would be happy to get a bike with low miles.
I share with potential buyers.
The condition shouldn’t deter potential buyers in my opinion.
The non-op is a great selling point. (hate DMV fees)

Oh I actually have a battery tender attached. Totally forgot about that. Thanks

Cool—somebody’s gonna snap this up real quick. I will say this though, if I were the buyer I would probably bring a battery and try to start it right in front of you for my own peace of mind. This probably won’t matter at all.

This sort of thing is right in my wheelhouse, and I've been down this road a few times. Having a shop do the work will erode most/all of the value of the bike when you add up parts of shop labor. There are a lot of little things that would need to be done to bring it back to 2018 condition and what a buyer would expect a 1900 mi bike perform and look like. One could do the bare minimum to prove it runs, but again EVERY fluid and many of the consumables will need to be changed or verified to make it right, and that adds up to a lot of hours. It's not a bike I would be interested in, but my vote would be to sell as-is and expect $1500-1800 for it.

Or, just give it away like I did with my bike.
