Crap, total crap. Ive been playing guitars and basses for most of my life (yea, I'm a cop that studied music his whole life lol). If you are serious about learning to play a guitar, then spend a little more and get a quality guitar.
One of the problems you are going to get with the cheap guitars is lack of comfort. As you spend more money, you will notice that guitars become more comfortable, have less string buzz on the neck, and its easier to actually hold the strings against the neck.
When you buy a real cheap product, you end up with a good case of tendonitas alot of times.
Go down to guitar center, have them recommend a good comfortable "starter" guitar....that is a decent name brand. When you see something on TV that you don't find in a music store...there is a reason. It's not going to sell in the store, because musicians know its crap.
This is no different than buying one of those computers from those infommercials at night time. Those computers are so outdated that they aren't worth the money you are spending on them.
That was just my 2 cents.
