MotoGP is headed to the land of my foremothers for the first time since 2020 because the Masaryk Circuit got new pavement!

It will be good to see the boys challenging flowing circuit.

Jorge will be back and confirmed he will stay with Aprilia. Good to hear.

Luca Marini toughed it out in Germany and I hope he continues that here and I hope that Mir can stop the bad luck.

Frankie is out. Bummer. Heal up bro.
Pol Escargo will replace Maverick... good luck man. Hope you rock.

The real question is can anyone stop the 93 train? Hence the simple poll (also because we have not seen much action in these threads).

Looking forward to it.

Who can will beat Marc this weekend??

True... I should have said who will.

Yeah... Martin rocking. Impressive. :thumbup

Zarco showing his wet weather skill and Mir making it 2 Honda's direct to Q2.
2 KTM's and 2 Aprilia's direct to Q2 is cool including the Beast.
Fabio solid!
Pecco still doing the :wtf thing.

Looks like the weather will bring dry Q'ing and Racing the rest of the weekend.

Oguru had a flyer. :wow
Good to see him up right away.

I was thinking about Martin’s performance and wonder how that will carry forward. I am thinking he has a shot at the podium.

Hell… with dry weather we could see two Ape’s on the podium tomorrow… or Sunday.

That would be really cool.

My folks grew up about 100 miles away from there. I saw MotoGP at Brno in 2011. It was a bitchin' event in a really bitchin' country. Go there if you ever get the chance.

The days entertainment was entertaining!!!

Surprise pole sitter, surprise result by the pole sitter, surprise podium and just good fun!!! Brno delivered. :thumbup

Rave reviews of the new pavement. Champ back in action. All manufacturers playing some sweet music.

Love it.

Gawd, how many more years of this before Marc retires? 5? 10? Just give him the trophy at the start of each season and have him sit at home the rest of the year so we can see some other riders at the front.

They also can't get rid of the tire pressure rule, the wings on wings on wings, the holeshot devices, and the ride height devices fast enough in my opinion. None of them are making the racing better. And neither is handing the most dominant rider in history the most dominant bike in history.

Just blah.

Well... I guess the poll was appropriate. Jeez.
Proper great job by MM.
Proper Bezz with a great ride.
Proper Acosta double podium woot!
Proper first race for the Martinator!
Proper Yamaha mid pack performance.
Proper one off for Pol. Still fast.
Proper sadness for the Beast.. he was coming.
Proper :wtf Alex??
Proper sadz for Mir... unbelievable luck. :facepalm

I am trying to take away enjoying Marc while we can. These guys age out fairly quickly and his talent is supreme.

Marc Marquez has 5 doubles in a row. The previous rider to win 5 in a row was? Guess what - it was Marc Marquez in 2019. Before that - it was Marc Marquez in 2014, 10 in a row.

This guy is leaps and bounds ahead of everyone on the grid right now. Good for him, boring racing for us.

Alex gets a long lap penalty in Austria for colliding with Mir. Poor Mir, once again.
He lost his head a little this weekend.

Got rattled in Q2, had bad luck in the start of the sprint, ran into the back of fermin, and in the race just rushed too soon. He was easily gonna get past Mir if he had been a little patient.

Got zero this weekend and potentially race ruined for Austria.

Alex Marquez seemed to be riding scared all weekend. I wonder if it has dawned on him that while brother Marc is invulnerable, he has a huge, juicy target on his back and he is firmly in Pecco's crosshairs.

Well... this guy showed up!!! BIG time...!! :flag
