whats the pace gonna be like, ive never been up to skaggs, so im gonna go really nice and easy, but i dont wanna hold anyone up, so if u guys are aiming for a spirited pace, i'll sit it out. otherwise, i'll probably give it a try since ive been hearing everyone talk about this route.

go at your own pace cause we always re-group at the bridge, skaggs rd is about a 10 mile long strip with the best twisty's you'll probably ever see in northern Cali. definetly go within your riding capability............you'll love it!

This ride sounds tasty, but I cant stand Skaggs on the weekends

why not? Last saturday, around noon to 3pm, i didnt encounter more than 1 car.

oh, and btw... i wanna go... but I have work. Maybe if you plan for a saturday, i could make it.

Im not talking bout cars...i rarely see cars up there....i meant other bikes...that road is best enjoyed on a weekday afternoon...unfortunately its not that often I can partake

sorry guy! but what the hell is skaggs ?

It is one of the best roads for bikes cept it is prone to have riders go beyond their abilitites. It has been called "The Track" from others b4..Use your imagination on that one. It is a wide open, sweeping turn infested road located north of Sf by Santa Rosa off hwy 101 and Dry Creek Road which links to Stewarts Point..

..Count me in!

At the end of the vid the guy cuts it too tight and clipped the currb......ouch.

may i invite my self...just did, i'll do my best to be there

anyone heading there from the south bay.. too far of a ride for me to be by myself...

I've attempted to ride to SKAGGS about 2 years ago and the roads were cool, but one of the riders had a bad accident. We didn't get to SKAGGS...

It was fun watching the video, but I wouldn't dare to ride that fast. Seems really tempting, but I prefer to take it on the track....

Have fun guys and hopefully one day I'll get to join you all...

Larry, you could meet me 1/3 of the way to the meeting point ..I am located in San Mateo and we could cruise in to Daly City together..Pm me if you are down..

Those guys are only going 60 to 70
+ mph ..Shoot, we do that on hwy 35.j/k (maybe).Looks like it is a lil excessive for the street, not to mention those scurry guard rails! We will be seeing u at T-Hill..tk
