SR 9 has construction with 1 lane closed in parts between Skyline and 236/Old Mill Rd. I didn't see any notice on 511 or Google Maps.

I talked to the worker - said they will be there every weekday until June. :thumbdown

I rode skyline up to the vista point and there was a traffic light two days ago. If you look over the barrier HUGE chunk of road missing. Small section out.
 
Don't see what the issue is. Stoplights provide opportunities to filter to the front. Bunched up cars you can work through the stack to freedom.
