BRG Look for a Drag Racer with good track record, to ride H2

Drag racing and LSR are apples and potatoes.
They involve motorcycles, that's about it.

Sure, just a teaser, I had the bike on the Dyno, today doing some tuning on full boost, which is now 18 psi. after we got the vacuum lines hooked up, and working. It's pretty cool what happens with 8 more pounds of boost...
I hope to post some video and picture this evening.

this is what happen when you find the missing 6 pounds of boost

I'll tell you this at least about Bonneville Salt Flats. The surface is salt but it has the consistency of a hardpacked dirt. It was terrifying trying to get my DR650 to 80MPH on that stuff haha I can't even imagine trying to go 200mph on that. The drag strip not as scary.

Be sure to let us know when you go. Can't wait to line up against it.

True, the drag strip is a much more "prepped/controlled" environment compared to the salt. But, requires a different skillset than the salt. The salt you have miles (long course) to get up to speed. The drag strip, 1320 feet to get it right.

So is the electric dirt bike going to be your prime 1/4 beast? It is deadly consistent.

This has me seriously contemplating a turbo kit for the NC

We've been kicking the idea around for about 5 years. I've looked at some small turbos but don't understand enough to just plumb it up. Fuel delivery is the biggest issue.

This is part of a tuning session It's long but you can get some idea what it takes to tune something like this h2

I don't have an NHRA Competition license, but I'll hustle that thing down the track if you can't find anyone.

Nothing in the realm of a built H2.
I lived a few miles from Famosa Drag Strip and was out there every weekend for a few years.
Lots of :12 and :11 second stuff when I was young and :10 bikes weren't available from the factory. Massaged KZ's and GS's, and pretty much all of my buddies' sport bikes. Funnest may have been the FZ1000 with nitrous, but the one time I launched a bike with a wheelie bar it was an eye opener.

I still practice the occasional hard start but I'm way out of my prime and probably wouldn't do that beast the justice it deserves.

1 more Wednesday in July, then every Wednesday in August.
