Engine builder?

I have an 07, Suzuki gsxr 750. Picked up an exhaust from a guy who is parting out his bike. I’ve been accumulating extra parts for it - wheels, gas tank, foot pegs, tail, ecu…..

Mentioned he’s posting up the engine for sale so told him “I’ll take it.”

Any reputable engine builders? This is for a track only motorcycle.
