I think I am at around 6k since getting a new to me bike in May

think I’m 5400 miles, today, on my way to Downieville Daze with Mr @motocatfish and should have around 6K by the time I get back on Sunday.

did ten daze to Baja in Feb and Tumey Hills with Mr @Cabrito and a DV trip in March and a StonyBARF and another 10 days to the Weaverville Hoho Rally in late June. looking forward to the BARF Eureka and Cedarville rallies in August …

anyway … Mr @Dmitriy has me covered, with 6K miles since May, so awesome!

Luckily the 1K-5K is a huge category..

Looking at my service history spreadsheet I'm around 2K ish miles and I feel like that's mostly my 6.5 miles each way commute..

weel Weaberbille was 920 miles in itself so I know I'm over 1K doubt I got close to 5K. I've don a couple of trackdays but those don't add that much. My usual every couple of weeks weekend ride is from 20 to 70 miles. I f I was still working/commuting then I'd be over 5K.

Gonna be doing a LOT of riding the rest of the summer including a couple thousand with the grandson.

New tires are a good metric. I’ll have to see what the mileage was when I left LA in January. The bike has been up and down the coast and done two big weekend of 1000+ miles. The day I stopped at your house I did 560.

i was checking my logs ( multiple bikes ) i am at around 300 miles, which, in the before times, would have been maybe a week's millage from daily commuting

yes, I definitely do not ride every day.

the other metric we use in my other club is Mr @bananachunks “nights camped” per year. think I’ve got 27 nights in my tent so far in 2026. think Mr George’s record is over 90 nights in one year.

anyway, you guys who ride everyday stomp me into the ground, milage-wise.

Haven't had much time for longer rides this year, so it's slow going to rack up miles. That said I did surprise myself by being due for an oil change sooner than expected, so even the shorter stuff adds up. I'm probably under around 6k or so for the year so far.
