I'm probably a b- guy and apparently I'm doing this because I bought Butch's ticket. So see y'all on the 25th, though I'll probably ride in and camp on the 24th. Now I just need to study up on what I'll need to do to get the bike and me track ready. I do not have leathers

Ohh. I think for B- and above, you need a "track suit" made for racing to be in this class. From Z2 web site. https://z2trackdays.com/rider-requirements/
You could find an inexpensive suit at CycleGear, or find a buddy your size and share theirs.

• 1 or 2 piece leather riding suit in excellent condition. If you have a two-piece leather suit, it MUST zip all the way around your waist if you ride in the Intermediate or Advanced group. If you ride in the Novice School, we STRONGLY recommend that it zip all the way around, but we’ll accept a partial zipper in the back of the suit. Your two piece suit MUST CONNECT IN ALL CASES. We will accept textile suits only in the Novice School (C group) and they must also connect at the waist.

Look up some size charts for Alpinestars, Dainese, RS Taichi, etc to get an idea on sizing then check out BARF, FB marketplace, CL, ADVrider, etc. Might grt lucky!

Looks like I'm probably a 50 in Cyclegear's house brand. I doubt anything from Dianese will fit me right, I have a textile suit from them and the pants options were either too big or too tight so it's a bit baggy. Not sure if I'm fast enough for B- anyway, so I might see about sticking with C group which would let me get away with a textile suit for the day.

Have you asked Z2 about whether they can provide leathers? Their website FAQ says they rent them for $60/day.
