Kind of off topic but when I pick up our two daycare kids from school in the afternoon most of the cars in line waiting 15-20 minutes for the bell have their engines idling.
This irks me since exhaust fumes are being spewed for no reason other than to run the AC or out of sheer laziness.
I asked one of the school employees if there is a “no idling” policy and she looked at me with surprise and said “no”.
Like that isn’t even seen as a problem.
Maybe I need to calm down.
