:rolleyes I know I know BFD, M4M, take it to the track, shoulda got a ninja 250, etc.

Came up to a red light on Foothill Exp, 2 cars in front of me in both lanes so I just said fuck it. Eased on up slowly, watched my surrounding very carefully and when mr. light turned green I was off. To be honest it didn't feel very comfortable but at least I know now I can do it if need be.

Oh, and those goddamn tar snakes on 84 going down to Woodside? Holy fuck are some of those slippery and I was going under the speed limit behind a fire truck.

It can be a bit unnerving, but that's a good thing. Keeps you alert, which you should be when splitting.

Don't do what I once did: shut the bike off and walk over to the annoying cunt yelling about how you can't do that. That one could have ended badly.

First hangin' off the side. Now splitting lanes. What's next??? Sprockets??? Settle down, young man:x

I was watching EVERYTHING. In fact before I made my move I made sure there was plenty of room for me between cars. It was almost a perfect situation to give it a shot.

It doesn't feel right to me, feels like cheating. They made these laws back in the day to try and keep air cooled bikes moving, which I do not have an issue with. I just sit in traffic with everyone else...during my 6 minute commute. :twofinger

nancy boys call it lane sharing. Real men call it cage ass raping.

Nowadays it's not the bikes we have to worry about, it's the rider. If I sat in traffic I'd drown in sweat on days like today.

that's 'cause you don't signup for it, you submit to it.

That's because you're all wrapped up in leather. You need to ditch that nonsense for t-shirt, shorts, and tennies. :laughing

nancy boys year tennies, real men year flip flops.
