I wonder what these American citizens will do when they grow up

the same crap IS happening here in California

California Farms Are Desperate For Workers

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/...employment_n_1720019.html?utm_hp_ref=business

Interesting. My mom actually used to pick peaches in Marysville after she graduated HS. She said it was the hardest work she ever did. I'm not surprised that no one wants to take the job since they are paying them per bin.

I'm not saying that this is an excuse to encourage the employment of illegal immigrants. I guess I'm saying people should pay for the actual cost of food. Generally, farmers and farmworkers deserve more money than they actually earn.

its not just a matter of being ignorant at how the country runs. it's damn near Gestapo Boosterism to talk academically about how cool you are with our Govt invading a family's home and tearing children from the arms of their mothers and fathers as they drag them off to various gulags. Say what you will about the Catholic Church, at least they stand prominently against such atrocity

Humanity means nothing, national identity means everything. ;) :thumbup

Some of the shit you guys say is rudiculous. I agree control the immigration situation but are you guys that damn ignorant as to how this country runs. Look at what happened in the south they tried to come down hard on immigrants, 'oh my baby jesus those criminals'. Those 'crcriminals left and those cracker farmers couldnt do shit with their land. They tried to hire sone cracker rednecks to do the work but surprise surprise those fatass LAZY white folk couldnt handle the hard work. Imagine some crap heppening here in California.

Im a son of an immigrant. Never have i gone to welfare never unemployment. I served this country in the US Army and my Brother still serves in the Navy. Are we not American you going to deport me. Im brown and fucking proud of it. Careful what you guys wish for

Yes we should get immigration under control. Other than that people are here illegally should be deported. I don't care if I go hungry for it or if the price of food triples. Not because they're Mexican. Mexicans are some of the most hard working and honest people I've met. No Union breaks mentality. But the law is the law. That's it

I agree with you on principle, but often practice is different from principle.

I wonder how the cost of enforcement and deportation compares to the cost of entitlement programs being abused?

Anyone have any numbers?

Exactly. The law is the law and national identity is all we have in this nationalistic global society. We must enforce the law and maintain our national identity or we begin to default our sovereignty.

Irrelevant. If it costs too much to deport foreigners here illegally, we simply need to make it cheaper. The rule of law over chaos DEMANDS we do not tolerate the violation of our law by foreigners.

Yeah, take yer crotch fruit anchor baby with ya 'n GTFO! :rofl

I was going to say it in some not-so-direct terms;

Deport them all. When the kids are 18 they can come back without mom.

Humanity means nothing, national identity means everything. ;) :thumbup

Which identity do I use? The Scotch-Irish New England school teachers or the Norwegian farmers from northern Minnesota?

This is not an acceptable protection of American Citizens. We have a responsibility to protect our children and take them AWAY from the criminals rearing them here in a life of criminal behavior. The fact that these children are citizens is an error on our part, but we have granted them legal citizenship and we have a very serious legal obligation to protect them. These children deserve no more and no LESS protection than any other children of this nation. The first thing you MUST do is remove them from the custody of criminals, but you can NOT abandon our children to a toilet nation of savages and cowards like Mexico.

Ignorant

Since when is taking children from their parents considered protecting them? :thumbdown

.

It takes thirty seconds of fucking to create two parents. That, in no way, determines their ability to raise children. Take a look around you.

But being illegal immigrants also doesn't make you bad parents by default. I don't know how I feel about the whole thing. I don't think it's right to tear families apart morally. And that's the whole problem with this method. Addressing a symptom instead of the root of the problem is never a good way to go about things, but it's really the only way we ever go about things

If there are other reasons other than the fact that this person does not have legal status in this country that deems them unfit to raise their child, (like they are a drug mule or something like that), then sure... Put them in foster care.

Barring circumstances similar to the statement above your statements are ridiculous. That's like saying you should take a child away from a person because they got a speeding ticket. Not having legal status in this country does not make them incapable of raising their own children.

You aren't deporting the child, you are deporting the legal guardian. If the legal guardian wishes to make arrangements for the child to stay in the USA (even if that means putting them in foster care) then he/she should do that.

Have you ever heard of CPS (Child Protective Services)? We do it ALL the time. Parents involved in habitual criminal activity are removed of the custody of their children ALL THE TIME. When you are living in violation of our immigration laws, you break the law every day by being here, not to consider the series of laws regularly broken by existence as an illegal (Driving, working, etc.). The problem is, we need to elevate Illegal Immigration as a crime to the status of Capital Offense it deserves.

Being a criminal can be considered face evidence they are poor parents. They chose to leave their homeland and come somewhere, illegally, and work there illegally. I have sympathy for their situation, however in this world of 7 billion people, three billion of whom are DESPERATELY poor and hungry, how many do you think should be allowed to come here. Please have the courtesy to answer this question before advancing another issue.

How do you propose to address the "root" of the problem? (Shitty country they live in.)

No that's the root of another problem. The root of our problem is that they get here illegally in the first place and we are pretty much complacent

To answer your question,

"however in this world of 7 billion people, three billion of whom are DESPERATELY poor and hungry, how many do you think should be allowed to come here"

Probably very few? Maybe 100,000 a year total.?? Maybe less?

So if somebody commits a white collar crime, say tax evasion for example, are yu proposing that should be grounds to take their children away?

Certainly it is something that CPS would probably want to look at, but yes, CPS needs to protect citizens unable to protect themselves from the guardianship of habitual criminals.

Not having legal status in the US does not make them bad parents. I think they should be deported no question. We should not consider them to be unfit parents until proven innocent. If there are grounds to take their children away from them other than their residency status then that's fine.

We have to protect our citizens is the thing you seem not to get. The parents get deported and we keep our citizens, the children, to protect them. I mean, these kids aren't even citizens in the nations you're suggesting we deport them to.

What's with the "cracker" comments? How about we start using derogatory terms for the illegals? Cracker is derogatory, correct?

Funny thing is, we have PLENTY of potential presidents! Oddly enough the world and the US already have PLENTY of PEOPLE> If there's one thing there's no shortage of.................

..... swinging middle-aged wealthy cunts with an eye on making their elderly parents proud, or creating another four years of hell?

I rarely disagree with Eldritch, but in my opinion, the families should be deported together. We can't save all the children. Just because someone makes a pit stop in the USA and drops a kid while they're here should NOT make that child a citizen. That law needs to be updated. It's no longer realistic.

Right, but as of now they're citizens so what he's saying makes sense. You can't deport citizens.

They should change the law though. no more anchor babies
