Well? It's been 15 minutes already, LB. What the hell are you doing, painting the house first??

You were missed, WC. I hope that sweet Athena is on the mend. Next time, we'll get Tim, Butch, Budman and you up there.
I arrived at the same time as Tom and Sallie on Friday afternoon. The air was crisp when we arrived, and the drizzle started not long after. Before long, the drizzle turned into snow. Sal was enjoying it, knowing that she would be inside a heated motorhome before long.
It was too cold to stay outside and socialize as much as we would have liked, but Scott and John joined Tom, Sal and I in the motorhome for awhile. After a nice cozy night's sleep (Tom, thanks again for letting me crash in your mobile abode) we awoke to a glorious sight!
After some coffee and breakfast, we finally let the bikes out so that we could play. And play, we did.
I have tons of video through which to wade, but there should be some good stuff in there. We didn't ride a ton on Saturday, but we had a blast slipping and sliding around in the mud and snow. Tom was an excellent guide, and Scott did a great job on his sweet Husky 250.
After the riding, it was time to get cozy in the motorhome (again) and be anti-social. If it hadn't reached 14 degrees at night I would have loved to have spent some time at Kyle's big bonfire. Next time....
Sunday morning was cold. Very cold. Tom had to roll out early, but I did a bit of riding solo in the morning. I took a leisurely run up a few of the nearby trails and enjoyed the snow in all of its glorious beauty.
Shortly after returning from camp, John and the rest of the gang were getting ready to head up to the top of the mountain to enjoy the view. John was ready to roll out and I tagged along with him. It was a blast watching him wrestle that 450 through the unpredictable snow-covered road up to the peak. We couldn't get to the very top, but we got pretty darned close. The views were amazing from up there! John brought a beer and was kind enough to share it with me up on the mountain. It's amazing how great a few sips of beer taste when one is surrounded by such beauty (not you John, sorry).
I'm tired. I'm sore. I'm smiling ear-to-ear. What a great weekend.
Again, thank you SOOOOOO much to Tom for letting me crash in the moto palace.
Thank you to Scott for offering to loan me a bike when it looked like I wouldn't have one. It was even cooler that it was the bike that I sold you close to two years ago. Very cool offer, but I am glad that I didn't have to take you up on it.
Thank you Kyle for setting-up the whole thing. Sorry I was too big of a wuss to brave the cold more. I would have liked to have spent more time at your campfire, but I was just so darned cozy indoors.
Thank you John for leading me up the hill today. That was a blast, and I'm glad that I had someone to follow on the way up there.
Thank you Butch for reserving the site. (Money for you has been sent with Kyle)
Lastly, thank you Sallie. Thank you for having such a great attitude and sense of humor. Also, thank you for not strangling Tom and I in our sleep, as you were serenaded by "dueling chainsaws" all night.
Can we go back soon? Please??!??!?!?!?!?!
