North Bay Ride - Sunday 2/14/2016

Wow, that's a long ride..!
I might join you once you cross the San Mateo bridge to SF.
 
Have fun. That section of road in Marin is beautiful. If you head back on D street out of Petaluma it's a really fun twisty road and you can cut back over to Novato. Just a suggestion for future trips. :ride
 
Ditto on joining in as you come through SF. Where should I meet you and what time?

Oh, and I would recommend following Hwy 1 in Marin instead of detouring to Panoramic highway. I think it's a better road, view.

Peets Coffee in Half Moon Bay @ 10AM

GGB Vista Point @ 11AM

There's also a gas station just off Park Presidio on Geary if you'll need a pitstop in the SF area. Otherwise vista point works for me.

Awesome ride.

Chileno valley road was a nice surprise.

Fairfax-Bolinas was also crazy fun, even if the pavement wasn't great.

Thanks zixaq & Scubafish. It was a very nice ride after such a long time for me. As you said Fairfax-Bolinas was awesome, but Chileno Valley was even more awesome :thumbup Marin is SO beautiful. 10/10 will ride there again.

The short rides are fun too, but I really like long 200+ mile rides. Really takes my mind off things. This ride was similar to our long ride to the Sierras in July 2015. You should join next time :thumbup
