Transmission issues... Did someone say Yamaha?:laughing
 
Really? The transmission on the ninjette was one of the weakest links in my opinion and part of the reason I went with the R3, along with more power and better brakes. Steel braided lines a must on these bikes, so good move there.

Yeah man, I think this tranny is the smoothest I've had out of any bike. The throw is nice and short and shifts perfectly every time.

I know they produced 2014+ Ninjas in Japan and -2013 in Thailand, not sure if any real difference.
 
I did stoppies on my 2013 ninja 300 so no brake issues there lol
 
Bixenon retrofit. I've owned a 2013 since they came out and I just gave in and ordered a kit. Had way too many terrifying night rides. The headlight unit off a 2013+ zx6r is a direct fit and looks nicer but isn't any brighter btw.
 
I never had issues with my 2013 300's lights... But maybe I just don't remember. Are they aimed correctly? Brighter bulbs are a quick and easy upgrade.
