Are you able to use the stock gauge cluster w/ the GSXR front end?

Mods not in pic are the leo full system , crg levers, puig rear hugger and woodcraft rear sets. any mod you want to see?
BTW bike has never been down and I have the pink slip in hand. The bike is not insured, so the best I can allow is a parking lot test drive.

Haha, Kaz just sold an SV to me in Feb. - maybe he misses his :)
 
Its a very nice looking bike :thumbup although a little to high for me :(

What weight is the bike setup for? Spring rate for Ohlins, front forks?
What stock parts are included with the sale?

An easy solution would be to shave the seat. Also, you can get lowering links for the rear and raise the forks in the triples. Unless you're under 5 feet you can make it work.
 
Are the clip-ons lower than stock?
I'm guessing the stock ones can't be retro-fitted due to different triples?
 
From what I've read, you can't lower the forks in the triples with the gsxr front end - the front wheel can hit the radiator and ruin it.

You are right, I remember now. On my old bike (your bike ;), fender would touch the radiator when forks were fully compressed.
Since GSXR forks, just by being there, lower the front about 10mm, the rear end can be lowered just by itself.

Stock SV clipons cannot be used due to different fork diameter. Stock GSXR clipons can be used, but they are lower than stock and interfere with the fairing.
I am guessing his LSLs are close to stock position on stock SV.

The shock has a range of (guess here) 140 to 190, I'm about 195 with gear.
I'll check and see what the spring rate is.
Forks are stock and work fine for my wight.
