2 teen girls carjack and kill an Uber Eats driver in Washington DC

Red light runner camera tickets. They need to have a face and a plate.

You do realize there's more than one camera, right? I get the "courtesy notifications" for my fleet daily and there's always pictures from the front and the rear. The plate in the front is always visible and so is the one in the back.

Bridge tolls use the rear plate. ;)

Uh, no. Again, there's more than one camera and they snap pictures from the front and rear. Get yourself a violation and look it up. There's a minimum of four photos attached to the violation so the vehicle and plate is identifiable. However, that last part is the ticket, if the plate cannot be clearly identified, they generally don't do anything with it. I've only had one incident where one of our trucks got a notice in our mail for toll due and FasTrak misread the digit on the plate as a 4 instead of an H. Still had pictures from the front and back showing both plates so I'm guessing the reviewer must have been a n00b or something. :dunno

Bridge cams have never ever sent me a ticket on my bikes. Not sure why not. First time I figure I'll add the bike to my account once I get popped, assumed I would get popped but never ever did.

Are you the second owner?
Maybe, if so, the previous owner forgot to remove it from their account.

It's still not funny to say it, but days later I scan by this thread and still think its about 2 girls killing and eating an UBER driver.

Yeah, but it says Washington DC, not Florida, so you know what they mean. :)

... despite the time-stamped 27 8x10 colored glossy photos with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each one was. I am still supremely pissed off about it. I do not run one on the front of my Jeep. Fuck `em.

You get your ass over to the Group W bench and think about what you did.

Hmmmm good point. All my bikes are legitimately registered to me immediately but I get what you mean. I think you solved my mystery. Maybe. I was just waiting to get the ticket in the mail so I could add them to my account. Never happened.
