    • Inspecting the bike: if you are not experienced yourself, have a mechanic or an experienced friend check the bike before making a purchase. Crashed bikes:This is even more important if you are buying a bike that is being sold at a cheaper price with damages that the buyer is required to fix. In these cases, doing a frame check that will show any frame/fork/geometry damages is HIGHLY recommended. Do NOT simply rely on the information that the seller is providing, even he/she may not be aware of all the problems. Have the crashed bike checked and know what you are getting into.
    • Clean title, Salvage title A clean title doesn't mean the bike is free of serious issues. A Salvaged title doesn't mean the bike may have any problems. Every case is different. Some bikes are seriously damaged in a crash, but an insurance claim is never made on them, so they still have a clean title. Some bikes have had mostly cosmetic damages in a crash, but the insurance company decided to pay off the bike and salvage the title rather than spending the money to fix it. Know what you are getting into and don't make any assumptions based on what the seller is telling you.
    • Registration: Know about the current registration status of the bike. Check with DMV if you have any questions about any possible back fees and other title/registration questions (out of state title, no title with bill of sales only, etc.) before purchasing the bike.

Because I dont know where else to put it, and I hauled my Motorcycles to and from the track with it, i'll just put it in the motorcycles

I have for sale a 2006 Sandpiper by Forest River 37 ft Toy Hauler. It comes fully equipped, with 2 slide outs, one in the master bedroom and one in the main living area. It also has solar panels to keep the battery's charged, a 4000 watt onan generator. It will come with all the amenities that are inside as it sits. It has 2 tv's, one flat screen in the living area, and an older tube style in the master bedroom. Both have DVD players and the master bedroom even includes a VCR/DVD combo! It also has an external shower, and external fueling station.

Its not in perfect condition aesthetically, but it works well and hauls true. Come and take a look at it, if you are in the market. I just dont use it enough anymore. It tends to sit more than it gets used.

How many hours on the gen and how many AC units?
 
What is the weight, and what did you tow with with? My wife and I are looking for a TH but I do not know if it going to be too much for our F250 shortbed diesel.

Weight is like 15,570 I believe, I'll have to double check later. I tow it with a Chevy 2500HD diesel with airbags.

I would imagine an F250 is comparable in towing capacity

Depends on what year Super Duty, cab/chassis configuration, and rear axle ratio.

  • 7.3L is rated at ~14,000 lbs
  • 6.0L is rated at ~16,000 lbs
  • 6.4L is rated at ~16,000 lbs
  • 6.7L is rated at ~16,000 lbs

With a set of airbags in the rear I'm sure you'll be fine, even with a 7.3L.
 
I think I am going to keep looking for a lighter one. With everything that I want to carry I want a lighter TH. But thank you
