3 sportbikes pull up to a light

this morning a CBR600RR, a GSX-R and me on my ZX6R: we nod good morning to each other and patiently wait for the green light. This is at the 9th St exit off of 80 west, there are three lanes and we each have on open lane in front of us.

So of course we just toodled through that intersection like grannies, . . . not.

Yes the early morning denizens of the fair city by the bay were treated to that beautiful cacophony of three in line fours practicing their race start.

I giggled in my helmet for the next four blocks.

it was kind of a tie, I went up ninth and the RR and the GSX-R went down Harrison. I got out in front first but I had the pole, but once I slowed to filter up the right to turn up ninth I saw the RR go down Harrison. I didn't see the GSX-R after the take off.
