8/23-24 NorCal IV Epic Supermoto: The High Sierras

Jeff! Holy crap man, you said it. I've got a 3-year old little dude at home, and looking at the date on this thread, well, that pretty much says it all. Actually took the MZ out the other day and thought about you guys.

I just got selected by Cycle World & Kawasaki to ride a Ninja 1000 for 3 months and be a guest contributor to the magazine--need to blog about it and such, so I guess I'll be riding quite a bit in the upcoming months!

I have an idea for a ride, but the snow pack is really high this year and the roads won't be open soon. Maybe we do a ride out of somewhere else like Ukiah?

Ha ha...that was definitely an epic ride. I still have that exact same XRL-SM sittin' in the garage collecting dust...ahh the memories.
 
Damn, you old fuckers still around? I was just telling a work-buddy about the "the hills have nails" ride. Believe it or not, I still have the MZ and, despite being a shitty rider, I haven't totaled it OR me. :) Good to see you guys are still poking around here. Keep me in the loop if another ride gets planned.
