MSA, newly funded GUBMINT agency will screen all moviegoers before entering the theater. Just take off your shoes, hats, and place all personal belongings in the tray. Popcorn bigger than 3oz has to be thrown away and repurchased at the next concession stand.

Sony will also be taking this as a HUGE tax write-off. Minimum losses of $100 million, that will reduce their tax burden to CA and the Feds.

Congress is going to have to reconvene and renegotiate the budget because of the missing $8 in corporate tax they won't be able to spend or use to pay interest on loans from the late 80's.
