Accident on Foothill

as what i heard the lady was on the phone...(unconfirmed)...hopefully she gets all the beating she deserves...i just got an info that the rider is out of the hospital and he's home recovering from the accident...

Wow. That looks nasty. Hope the rider is doing OK.

Hope hes ok. Really hope there was a witness saying she ran a red, because if he pulled out in front of her to make a U-turn, he could be found at fault

I believe that intersection is left arrow controlled. Wasn't the riders fault.

if i can remember, at the stop light where the lady "ran the red", the road is down hill thus making it even more difficult to come to a stop.

its great to hear the rider is alive and at home. i wish him a speedy recover and a brand new 250r to compensate the cost of this tragic accident

Glad to hear the rider is home and recovering, having been hit by a stoopid b!tch on a cellphone running a red light. I can tell you he should lawyer up quick, and say nothing to no one, even his insurance until he has representation. Also if anyone knows him, tell him to save EVERY bit of documentation from this unfortunate event (receipts, police report, ER orders, photos of injuries, EVERYTHING)

It took me almost two years to see any $, so hopefully he'll have an easier go at it.

All things aside, he's in one piece and home recovering. Hope he has a nice nurse at home to give him sponge baths :twofinger

The rider is my friend's cousin. I saw him a couple of days ago. He has some minor rash here and there and a bit of a limp, but he is ok.

Not trying to be harsh here, but did your friend's cousin learn his lesson?

Pause and look for the idiots in cages.

EDIT: And of course I'm glad to hear that he's alright.
