DucatiHoney- Trust us that have toyed with CoPilot, it renders all manner of input to waif-mode. I wanted to see if I could create an image of my wife at the helm of our sailboat. All I got was pics of ultra-thin Nordic women. Bing hasn't created images of zaftig, robust* women as yet.

*Disclaimer, in case my spouse ever reads this, that was NOT intended to be a description her!

Beating a dead horse...while this certainly is closer to my spouse...it is not what I described in creation parameters...

I think two thing are true at once here. DH is right about the outputs pushing against the TOS. It is also true the inputs are, in my opinion, not being made specifically to sexulaize women. It seems as though generic inputs of women are being output sexually. Maybe there is a lesson to be learned there knowing what we know about how IA generates it's images.

It can be done:

I experimented along that line last night and have concluded that if one isn’t specific, you tend to get the attractive, idealized images. You have to use specific descriptions to render something not reflecting conventional or sensationalized beauty. That appears to be a bias in the tool and unfortunately for those of us sharing our prompts, the language in the prompt might seem unflattering if we are trying to force the AI to produce old people, heavy people, etc.

Worth keeping in mind as we play with this thing, both in how we interpret someone’s “creation” and in what we choose to share when AI burps out an image that might be taken the wrong way. You’re all bright, socially conscious people, so I’m sure we’ll work it out.
