We should have other people create an image with copy/paste text and see if the results are identical. If they were, who would the image "belong" to? It's hard to think of AI as being it's own entity and it seems like more of a tool, like a more automated photoshop. If the latter, then each image would need to be unique, but if they're the same, then it would seem that the AI is the owner.

Anything using the DAL E 3 image generator will not be. You could submit the same prompt 100 times and get 100 different images.
 
That's pretty interesting. I wonder if it's by design, or a side effect of a learning code. If the latter, then I wonder if the differences lessen over time as less new information is available.
 
Not sure. The bummer about it is if you try to iterate the image, changing one thing at a time, you really can't. You tell it, "Make his hair green," it gives you a completely different image, with green hair.
