Back in the olden days hbo was scrambled like that. If you watched it long enough you could totally see bewbs, albeit squiggly boobs. Cable boxes sometimes came with remote controls and VHS machines were da bomb, even if they were giant and looked like over sized cassette tape players, often trimmed out in faux wood. This was right before covered wagons and just after they invented dirt.

I remember being maybe 12, and our neighbor had one of them new fancy TV's with the UHF dial, and somewhere right around 99, you could kind of half-twist the knob and get a scrambled porn station.

Cable box? You baller you. We thought we were pretty fancy with a roof-mount antenna instead of bunny ears.
