I stacked my bike a few months back because some fucking jogger in the Richmond ran full tilt through a No Stop crosswalk from behind a parked F-350. I hate that guy. His right of way, I guess, but if I was a UPS truck, they guy would have been a grease stain. Aggravating as hell.
 
Traffic was already stopped for the pedestrian. You have to ask yourself what the retard in the second vehicle was thinking...
