Seems a state with the most highly regarded university in the world (okay, one of them) would have something better to offer their graduates or, that perhaps the graduates would stay and put that hoity-toity degree to fix the mess that is their own back yard. Just for the record, Harvard grads don't use words like "Hoity Toity". That's just me...
