Maybe it's just me (and this is totally Monday morning quarterbacking) but it looks like the silver car was passing the camera car and trying to squeeze in behind the black hatchback. They did a terrible job of this, but I also feel like if the black hatchback had accelerated instead of braking momentarily, there MAY have been room for the silver car to finish it's unsafe passing maneuver. Silver car still at fault, but getting on the throttle by the black hatch might have saved everyone a lot of pain.
Getting on the throttle when somebody is trying to pass you is a major dick maneuver. I would call it Murder 3 for the SUV.

The rule supposedly says 3 feet to either side of the base line. He was well outside the batters box, so he was definitely further than 3 feet. But whatever. It's nowhere near as bad as that "infield fly" the other day...![]()

Is having a ninja on your team an unfair advantage?

I think that's on LiveLink & 2 died 1 injured = Russian drivers....Not if you're accelerating to make a hole for them to fit into so they don't barrel into a big rig. It appears to me like the black hatchback braked for a second or two. Maybe it's just the reflection, but I don't think so. Again, the silver SUV is still at fault, but if I see someone passing cars behind me and the timing looks like they'll need to squeeze in behind me I'd accelerate to make a place for them to go.
Here's a video I found... doesn't have much more info than we get from the .gif though...
