Damn. I completely forgot about that. Actually didn't Q do the same thing with the ship a couple times?
 
Q forced them to the delta quadrant to encounter the Borg, but the traveler actually took them to the end of the known universe where thoughts manifested in matter
 
And let's not forget the "Array" at the start of Voyager that basically transported them across the galaxy in an instant, plus the wormholes that can cover a large distance just as fast.

What about when they were hurled by that blackhole (I think that was it) to that far off place where the met that populous that only wanted to exchange information from them? I recall the dude's head was HUGE on the view screen on the bridge.
