I think that is the exact same corner where the guy on the Honda Hawk or whatever it was Surprize BUTTZEGGZZXD those two spandex warriors a couple pages ago. Gee... wonder why there are so many CHP there.
 
I really hope one of those cops gave him a ticket for impeding traffic. Or better yet, I really hope he ended up on or under one of the cars behind him.
