I've seen this footage before. The incident was in Australia and the gif is actually sped up. The original video shows the camera rider had room and about 1.5 seconds to move out of the way but either case the oncoming rider overshot the turn and was speeding.

Still far from definitive. There are lots of scenarios in which either rider could have acquired the video. :twofinger :party

I think I remember that from one of the nationals. Ralph/Emig, or whoever the commentators were, mentioned the awesome sportsmanship.
