Its a "go at your own pace" pace.
Jose and Rob will say they will take it easy but still haul ass, I will go at my own pace on my 500 and nobody else has been on our pre ride meet yet oh I forget Vic, Vic will ride at a safe pace. We all stop at the end of the road and wait for the others then we turn around go back down and wait for again. Then we all ride to the meet spot as a group.
