you should try Happy Hollow Market on Senter at Phelan.

They have some exellent BBQ and a killer TT sandwich.

The sauce is excellent as well.

The place in Watsonville is called "Corrilitos Market" and there is also the "Freedom Meat Locker", which is about 10 miles North on Hwy 1.

Check out the Central Texas BBQ in Castroville. It is on the main strip and that place could be the best BBQ in California.
