Anthony and BARF have been together since the beginning. Back in 2004, we met Bud at what we used to call "PocketBike Meets"

Here is a photo of Anthony at one of the meets

Many things have changed since those early meets, but one thing has remained constant, the BARF community and Anthony.

At the MotoGP race at Laguna Seca our friend Iain Hutton had the idea of going to the UK and racing in the BSB Monster Energy MotoStar 125GP series. Iain is from the UK and has a lot of contacts in the paddock. At Laguna Seca he introduced us to Stuart Higgs, the race director for the BSB series. At that time, this was just an idea, a thought, a dream. As time progressed Iain and I began to figure out what it would take to rent a bike and race at the final two rounds of the BSB Championship, at Silverstone and Brands Hatch.

Thanks to the support of our very own Budman, and Rob and Jane from Evolution Motorcycles we are able to cover the bike lease and all costs associated with racing (fuel, tires, pistons, etc) in the BSB National Championship.

Of course, without the support of all of our current sponsors we would not even be in a position to consider this. :thumbup

You can rest assured BARF will be well represented. The owner of the bike has agreed to this mock. Mike from Ace Custom Graphics is helping us with the decals so you know it will look good.

UPDATE --- Anthony ha also been invited to tryout for the 2013 MotoGP Rookies Cup in Spain.

The tryouts will take place between Oct 9 to Oct 11. Anthony and I will fly from the UK for the tryouts, and then fly back on Thursday night to get ready for the final round of the BSB season at Brands Hatch.

Very cool! :thumbup

Remember, they just went from tires to tyres.
Good luck.

:thumbup :party Good luck once again to Anthony on his European adventure. Sending my contribution shortly. :cool

Can the US flag be integrated into the decal design so fans know where he hail?

Good luck to you guys out there. Wishing you all the best..:cool:thumbup

If he doesn't already have it, get him that SBK Superbike Xbox game to help him learn the tracks...

I chipped in as much as a grad student can! I love seeing your dedication and support for Anthony's passion, and am glad that I can help with that a tiny (TINY) bit.

That's very cool! I watch all the BSB races, so I'll be keeping an eye out for him in the coverage.

I can't afford much, but I'm sending a little something to help out. Best of luck to him!

They aren't on cable anyway, they're on British Eurosport. There's places where you can download them.

I've been watching bsb for years and can't wait to see a local prodigy out there barfing it out and kicking some British button!!:thumbup

Hopefully He can get up with or even beat the socks off of Bradley Ray, Kyle Rude and Luke Hedger.

Good luck and no matter what happens just be sure to enjoy the opportunity and make the most of a great situation.
