Depending on # we xould get BBQ but that requires 50 hungry people and I'm not sure we can safely do that.

Pizza may be our best friend for Friday and Saturday is TBD. Ill reach out to the BBQ folks.

just made my reservation at the 49er for 7/29-31/2021. :party

puts me on Anthony Peak on Monday, 7/26, Bully Choop on 7/28 and watching the sunrise on Weaver Bolly on 7/29 ... :ride

tried to make my reservations at the Silverland Motel for the Rydther Rally, 2021, but they didn't answer this pm ... will havfta try again tomorrow. :x

Got my first COVID shot yesterday and made reservations for Weaverville and Virginia City. So I should be good to go.

Well I booked a room too (VC).... even though I have not got the whole thing set. :laughing

Dude did not call me back as I expected today. Now he is off until Tuesday.
 
I talked with some gal who said the discount hasn't been set up yet but it will get applied when it does. She also said our CC is not charged until we check in so I'm sure it'll work out.
 
Yeah... agreed. One week before the Hill Climb so hopefully plenty of rooms.

Update.

I have 30 rooms blocked. Time to book!!! Earlier the better so if we need more we can add. If you cannot make it then they need to know 30 days before, but there is alway opportunity to hand off to another BARFer.

Go to the OP and give them a call. Tell them you are with BARF and attending the Rydther Rally.

For Saturday night I have reserved their small bar and the deck for Saturday night's dinner. Looking at caterers now.

John is the manager and he said there are dirt bike trails very close to the Hotel so if you are dual sporting or getting dirty access is close. :thumbup

He also said that Virgina City has been open since May and have had little in the way of Covid troubles. They rank #1 in lowest amount of infections and death of any county in Nevada. Given the vaccine roll out and that info I think this is going to be fine... and we get to :ride

Can confirm, you can off road from VC to Carson or Reno, or east & cross 50 once get lost for days. NV is spectacular.
