Not me, person at work. He's going to bring him by tomorrow on the way home so I can give that big ol' noggin a pet and squeeze.

He will be overly loved!

He went to the vet today and got a Shrek shave on top of his head and on his cheeks to clean all the wounds and hot spots from sleeping on rocks for so long. Otherwise "he's as healthy as a horse.... Or extremely large pony!"
So no melon squeezing for a few days til the noggin stops itchin':laughing
He was sooo handsome but now looks like Friar Tuck, haha. It'll grow back but seriously bad haircut.

In 2 months we have rescued 8 dogs and 8 cats from high kill shelters and transferred two horses from a shelter to another rescue.

Anyone looking to guardian a dog or cat, please let me know. We are affiliated with SF SPCA so we have Bay Area animals that are in dire need of rescue and homes! Knowing what people have in mind ahead of time makes rescue even more possible!

Dani, you rock. I wish I could take-in a kitty or two, but our current cat is not a fan of other animals. Keep being amazing, please!!!!!

PLEASE SHARE! Diesel is a 2 yr old neutered, vetted, microchipped, SharBully/Cattle Dog mix looking for a family.
Diesel came to us from an underfunded, rural shelter in Central Valley where he sat in a cage for 10 months! When a friend asked us to pull him, we couldn't say no.
This boy's light is really starting to shine. Everyday he grows more and more. Diesel loves toys, snuggling and giving kisses! He is well-practiced on leash, crate-trained, and really just needs a person to call his own. He's never had a family or a home, but he deserves the world.
DIESEL is in DESPERATE need of a FOSTER or FOSTER-to-ADOPT or ADOPTER to save his life and give him a chance at life.
Can transport anywhere in Central/Northern CA/Bay Area. Comes with FREE year of flea/tick medication.

i bought a house last year.
need to get the yard dog safe first.
but with luck will be looking for a couple rotts in a year or so.

sad for me my holly and molly are gone now, i got them via a dog rescue deal,
they had been mistreated and abused. i gave them a spoiled rotten loving life.

( want to post a photo, but can not get one off my phone to post here).

Awwww, gone but never forgotten. I have no doubt you were an incredible guardian to them too.:gsxrgrl:gsxrgrl
I completely fell in love with that Giant Rottie Han Solo in the posts above. ^^^^That's the hardest thing about rescuing; sometimes it's very hard to let go of the great ones!
