Also don't drink just water, electrolytes need to be replenished also. NUUN tablets rock for it.
 
Yuppers, Alex. For me, part of hydration is replacement of all of those salts.

Also: sunscreen. Some of us need to apply, re-apply, re-apply, re-apply or we end up looking like boiled lobsters. Mmmmmm, lobster.

Nope. There are no way points marked during that time. I guess that's just how the site links them. I'm so pumped for these guys (and for my trip at the end of July)!!!!!
