BARFTRON HOMEBASE

Really hating BFBC2 with its spawn rapes, helo rapes, random shots outta nowhere, motion sickness perspective, and non-communicating teammates.

You know what's going to be the best thing about MW3? It won't have Treyarch's fucked up laggy netcode. Sure, it'll be a warmed-over MW2, but if you look back at MW2, it was pretty good. Well, compared to Black Ops.

Anybody interested in playing Operation Flashpoint? Dragon Rising or Red River?
 
LOL Upham.....you just gotta play with us, or other friends in a group - going solo kinda sucks in/on a Battlefield - kinda like it does in reality. :laughing

Full of win right here. To me, nothing is more frustrating than being on a team that's more or less helpless to stop a good chopper pilot and gunner from just pushing our team back to the spawn and eventually just spawn rape us...destroying our chopper before it can even get off the ground. All they gotta do is just keep moving in a circle over the rape pit below and nobody can hit it with those stupid steerable rockets. And a shot with a RPG or Carl Gustav is almost impossible.

Couple engineers with AA launchers should be able to deal with a helicopter pretty fast.


And A-10 Thunderbolt is in the game? Nice! Unless that turns into what the Apache is now...

Though I finally unlocked the M14. Dayum son that gun does some work. Put a 4x scope (and magnum ammo of course) on it and go to work. Run and gun or snipe from medium range. I can totally go lone gunman with the M14. Have gone on some 8,9, and even a 10 streak with it. Ran out of ammo several times. PP2000 is also pretty beast since it's got a 40 round clip. Only gun in the game where you've actually got a chance at getting a quad feed.


But yeah Upham...roll with BARFtron squad and life is a lot better. Gold squad pin is almost guaranteed.

BF3 is giving me a serious hard on right now. I can't wait to get back in the drivers seat again- I used to obliterate people in 1942. Top 5%. Gawd that was a long time ago. I have no doubt I'll suck trying to get it going again. :laughing Can't fly for shit either. But anyways, can't wait to play with BARFTron BF3 style.

I'll probably still get MW3, just in case.

Been saying it for months. Get both. They're two totally different paced games. BF3 will be faster paced than BF:BC2 but MW3 will probably be the fastest paced COD ever.

Speaking of can't fly for shit. Is any one of us a decent chopper pilot? It seems like every time I ride gunner with some random, I get the guy who still has a learner's permit in his pocket. They either crash the damnthing before we even get to the fight, or the stupid fucker flies slow and straight at a VADS turret which of course ends quickly for us. I'm getting better, but it's not easy to get seat time with the choppers.

I'm still definitely a rookie....but I like to think that I have some potential....ask RedBull King9
 
RedBull is a good gunner. As long as I can fly us away from getting shot down (which is not easy for me if there's a good pilot in an enemy chopper after us), he can do some work. We just land in a safe place and repair if we take any damage.
