So great. I get the most expensive headphones evar. And I haven't been able to get a good match on MW3 since. Come on one night with Upham and get stuck with a 3 bar the whole time....get obliterated. Go on this afternoon and lobbies are loaded with Xmas noobs...unfortunately I keep getting the bulk of them on my team. I spend more time shooting down air support than getting kills.

But the fancypants surround sound Turtle Beachs are pretty good. The bass level is nowhere near the level of the PX21s I replaced, which is odd since the speakers in those are smaller. The "footstep enhancement" does work ok. Pretty much just fiddles with EQ levels. To hear footsteps better, it kills all the bass. So the sound in general is kinda crappy. Meh....not worth it for a slight very minor tactical advantage. The simulated surround sound is cool, but still a far cry from a proper component speaker setup.
 
Trololololol. Fooled around with the control panel for the customizable sound. Changed one of the presets to make the mic sound all morphed. I am now ready to phone in bomb threats and ransom demands.

Sorry Upham. The girl was giving me the look because we just had to go to the mall right now. We we doing pretty well. Wave 30 I think.
 
And is anyone else remotely excited about Microsoft Flight (for PC of course)? Always used to love the flight sims when I was a kid.
 
After several hours on the phone and tinkering with stuff a little over my head, I finally got my NAT restriction to go away.

I am enjoying the hell out of Spec Ops Survival, solo or with partners. No lag! Set up a sentry minigun and a sentry nade launcher with overlapping fields of fire, guard them from close flankers, and run them indoors with the little birds show up. Hella fun, except when there are three choppers and three juggernauts.

Last night I accepted a Kill Confirmed invite from bap and Angryman. Started playing a subgun class with Quick Draw and topped the leader board at least three times despite my three bars. MP7 kicks ass.
