See, this is what kills me.... Who cares if you can drag your knee... Look at this photo for instance.... the person is not even dragging their pegs. A skillfull rider will drag their pegs by going around a corner FAST and not worry about the wanking style points of knee dragging......:teeth

I hear you man- check this out- I am no pro- and barely what I would consider intermediate sport bike rider- I went to a class a gazzilion years ago, and plan on again this summer- but I do know the correct way to lean.

I told these two squids- never really knew anything about bikes until they suddenly bought 636s- and suddenly- they are pro knee draggers!

I bet them each 100 bucks that I could out run them on the Tannacross circuit on my 85 Sabre- not exactly a canyon carver LOL- and just plain walked them- I felt pretty bad though- I thought they were going to die a couple times- leaning the wrong way!

BTW- don't have to lean to far to start dragging crap and making sparks on a 85 Sabre!

This is my R1 -03

It was used as a testbike at Öhlins since it was new. Engine is build by Yamaha France to WSBK spec. I payd about us$15.000 for the bike in early 2005 when they changed bike. Everything about this bike is special and some pretty serious riders have tested on this bike like Max biaggi and Valentino Rossi.

It got Mag-wheels and i also got an endurace swingarm.

They did not let me keep the Yamaha M1-swing that was mounted the first time I went to ÖHlins to look at the bike - You Bastards!

BTW: This years (2005) testbike is for sale right now for 200.000Sek (About us$25.000) An that bike is a real killer :)

This pic is 2 days old. I took the bike for a testride. Hey - it´s spring in Stockholm
