I was trying to find a good movie about motorcycles but couldn't, the coolest thing was biker boy. (shitty movie)

:rofl Torque!!! It can't get better than that..... all it was missing was laser beams shooting out from the headlights of the motorcycles :teeth

jk

On Any Sunday is still one of my favorites. I get sucked in every time. It is also on Netflix streaming. :thumbup

As for fiction you aren't going to find anything good.

I'm no well seasoned regular rider like most of you guys, but even I noticed in the opening sequence that they showed him grip the front brake and then the rear brake engaged. Or am I remembering wrong? Or did Aprilias have linked braking?

Search BARF. Threre are lots of threads on this subject with dozens of movies listed.

That said, check out "World's Fastest Indian".

Yeah, if you're looking for something that isn't a documentary, World's Fastest Indian is probably the best film which honestly captures the ethos of the two-wheeled petrolhead.

If you want a documentary, there's a shitload. Here's a scattershot listing:

On Any Sunday
Faster
Faster pt 2
Dust to Glory
One Man's Island
Mondo Enduro
Long Way Round
Long Way Down
The Doctor, The Tornado and the Kentucky Kid

Some of these are on Netflix Instant

OMG tonight is a motorcycle night. I had no clue about On Any Sunday! I am in love as I really enjoy that old style of movie and then you add motorcycles!

On any Sunday is the best of the best. Don't even waste your time on any other biker movie. After that, the racing videos are better (IOMTT mostly). Worlds Fastest Indian was a good diversion for what it was.

Here are some selected scenes from Torque. It has good entertainment value as a rider to make you go WTF? But as far as a movie it's... just one of those typical unrealistic action flicks. I'll watch any movie that involves motorcycles tho :D

as stupid as that movie is...that is the kind of movie that only gets made when you have a shit load of imagination and you just dont give a fuck

I am watching Cycles South Right now, kind of a Endless Summer for Motorcyclists, and it has nude motorcycle riding.

You can watch all of these on Netflix Streaming:

Cycles South
Worlds Fastest Indian
On A Sunday
Dust to Glory

I am still waiting for a movie Called "Freebird" about motorcycle dispatch riders, to get out on DVD.

If you're from the South Bay and knew Mountain View back in the 60's, then Hell's Angels '69 is kinda fun as there are a number of scenes that were shot in and near downtown Mountain View as well as at Pop Kenyon's shop on Middlefield where Middlefield Road and Old Middlefield Way split. There are some other scenes in the film that I know were filmed in Mountain View but I've never been able to place them accurately. I remember when all the filming was being done and we'd see the Angels riding around Mountain View at the time. Exciting for a kid in high school back then.

The film itself??......Well, don't expect much. You'll get to see and hear some of the legendary Hell's Angels of that period, but the plot and film in general are about what you'd expect from a 60's biker film. Fun nevertheless.

Little Fauss and Big Halsey with Robert Redford, Lauren Hutton and Michael J Pollard. Every riders fantasy of a pick up truck and racing dirt bikes across the country BITD when privateers had a chance at the big time and scoring with the hot babes.
