For me it was the MidSummer Magic Rally.
Day one was cool.

128 to the coast and up to Eureka and 299 to Weaverville.
Day two was shorter and more sporty. That is probably the best this year.
What ya got?

It's a tie between Weaverville and Weaverville. I did a run to Weaverville with my North Bay riding buddies and then with Barf.

It will be the one where I finally get the go ahead to ride.

Stockton to Fairfield to Booneville to Point Arena (lunch) down One to Skaggs Springs road. Back to Saint Helena and dinner at Fosters Refresher. The best part of the ride was riding with a great friend I have known for 50 years. Fred had a scheduled 4-way bypass two days later. But wanted to go for a ride before the surgery so we did. He just started short rides, looking forward to next summer.

Dang tough one this year...

Was either Death Valley or one of the "ville's"...
Cedarville and Weaverville.

Weaverville bound to be most memorable as much of what I rode is now charred by the Carr fire.

Death Valley and Cedarville were my first (riding) visits to both locals and both need a return for further riding analysis. That good.

16 day tour through 8 states, British Columbia and a hippy island on the CBR.

The one I just came back from - up Mt Hamilton at sunset on my 690SM. It felt so good to push this bike into tight corner after tight corner, and today's sunset was spectacular!

Since I haven't done much riding this year, it would have to be the 200+ mile loop up to McCall and back (see photo below). This was one of my break-in rides. After the 600 mile service next week I'm going to take a run up to Hell's Canyon, a place I've always wanted to see. That one will be the best ride of this summer.

We've always driven to GP/WSBK at Laguna Seca as there was always at least one non rider with us, but this yeah my buddy and I took the bikes down. Took one the whole way. It's not a very exciting or technical ride but I saw some parts of the city and route 1 that I'd never seen so that was pretty cool.

Really... summer isn't over :twofinger

So far...! :teeth

Some of you guys have already done some epic stuff. :thumbup

That was my best ride last Summer. This Summer not so much from me. Good to see others have been getting out though.

So far I'd have to say it's a tie between the weaverville rally and the group ride on south bay riders website this may. Ramon's Auburn ride was freaking ballistic through the sierra foothills

Love this.

I was just lamenting that I haven't hit a lot of my favorite spots this year. I've barely camped!

My best ride so far was my ride home from Weaverville. I got "lost" in Mendo NF.

I've had some fun little solo tiddles as well.

all of them

sierra loop a few weeks ago
marin/sonoma coast ride
taking 20 from fort brag to 5
local rides up to junction for burgers
etc

all of them
