Well, who thinks when a stranger punches you in the face is harmless, whether you are harmed or not?

I saw the creep's list of celebrity stunts, so he has a history of harassment and touching.

Maybe he wants a stronger reaction from the next star? Brings a weapon or a jar of acid?

He committed an assault and jail would be a good place to teach him to calm down.

If charges of criminal assault are not pressed, because the victim did not feel harmed, then in the eyes of the law that defined the assault as criminal, he has committed no crime, as far as I know. Mr. Pitt could file a civil suit later..I guess. Rule of law, and all that bosh.

Dip shittery is annoying, but if we put all the dip shits in jail...then what do we have?
