Brake & light inspection

Trying to find a shop that can do a brake & light inspection. South bay is preferred, but probably cannot be picky. This is for an insurance buyback on a bike. Need the inspection, then a CHP inspection. The fellow at Spec 1 said he hasn't found anyone in the South Bay to do this.

I thought any registered state license motoshop can do this

Not sure, but the vibe makes me feel it's getting harder and harder.

I've used LE'S AUTO BODY & ENGINE REPAIR for that service in the past, as well as other mechanical work. If Le is still running it he was always very honest, fair, and efficient with me and my family.
