California Through New Eyes

I hope you gave them a discount! :laughing

Four nights of free lodging, the free use of two motorcycles (though Peter did have to buy a set of tires), and free guiding to some roads they were unlikely to find on their own - or with another tour operator, yeah, I'd say they got their money's worth. :ride

That's what I figured. :thumbup

What was their favorite part of the tour?

The day we went from Mendocino to Weaverville. Specifically, Branscombe, 36, and 3.

Cali Grand Tour

Don and Peter couldn’t have had a better tour guide or a better place to ride. Cali compares favorably with just about any other moto destination. We are spoiled!

Great write up and inspiration to (re)explore some corners of our state. The conscious journey transforms. Am I right? This speaks to your abilities and experience. :thumbup Great job giving them a ride of a lifetime. Thanks for bringing us along!

PS: I had the 650R “roadie” Versys. A very capable, fun, underestimated bike :ride

Wow Kurt, that was a really fun read. I am gobsmacked at how many miles you guys rode day after day. Well done!

Exactly! Intention and attention enables transformation.

Thanks!

Thanks, Bill! I knew from prior experience that these guys have the goods. We could have taken a rest day at any point, but as Peter said, "No, we ride."

This was a great read. I thought I knew and had ridden all the options for exploring the north coast and Sierra but you shared some gems I need to check out. Sharing the familiar roads with friends brought back some great memories of rides I've done throughout California. Thanks for the write up and reminding me to get my priorities straight and enjoy more of this beautiful state.

Thanks, Steve. :thumbup We had a great time, and I kept thinking about all the great roads in California we didn't get to in the time we had. There's lots of reason to come back. :ride
